We’re delighted to announce that Lochrin Bain has been awarded Phase 2 of the perimeter security upgrade project at Shannon Airport in Ireland, extending our UltraGUARD S5 System across the airport’s full runway perimeter and key strategic locations around the site.

Following recent security breaches highlighted in the media, Shannon Airport, a strategically important international gateway and key transit location for the U.S. Air Force, has continued its investment in enhanced perimeter protection with a robust, high-security solution.
Lochrin Bain is currently delivering Phase 1 of the project, with Phase 2 now awarded and scheduled to continue through to the end of this year. Both phases utilise our industry-leading UltraGUARD S5 system, certified to LPS1175 B3 (SR2) and engineered to provide exceptional resistance against attack and intrusion , making it ideally suited to critical aviation infrastructure and high-security environments.
We’re also pleased to continue working alongside JF Hanley, Roscommon-based specialist fencing contractors, on the successful installation and delivery of the project.
This latest contract award further reinforces Lochrin Bain’s position as a leading provider of high-security perimeter protection solutions for critical national infrastructure and aviation security projects.
